Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from warehouses within the United States. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $4.99 for orders under $49. Orders over $49 ship completely free.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. We currently ship to all 50 US states only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number there.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please email us at hello@dearfur.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@dearfur.com to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we cover it.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Email us at hello@dearfur.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship the damaged item back.
Products
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. Every product we sell is made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. We review material certifications and safety data before adding any product to our store.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed dimensions and a size guide where applicable. When in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. If you're still unsure, email us with your pet's breed and weight and we'll help you pick.
Do you sell pet food or treats?
Not currently. We specialize in accessories, toys, beds, grooming tools, and feeding essentials.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You can also split your payment into installments with Shop Pay Installments.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which maintains Level 1 PCI DSS certification — the highest level of payment security available. We never see or store your credit card information.
